The Davidson County Register of Deeds (Davidson County Register Of Deeds Tn) offers a free mobile app on both Apple iOS and Google Play for Android. The app is called Nashville – Davidson Co. ROD.
This new mobile application allows access to numerous property records, along with Property Fraud Alert and Veteran services.
From property owners to title and mortgage companies, to Veterans, those served by the Davidson County Register of Deeds can now use the mobile application to access many of the office’s services. The app offers a Property Fraud Alert service and a Veterans Appreciation Program.
You can sign up for the Property Fraud Alert service on the app, which will notify you via email if any document is filed in the office under your name. Veterans can record their DD214 (Honorable Discharge) with us directly.
The app provides Veterans access to a list of local restaurants, shops, and businesses that offer Veteran discounts. And, businesses who want to be included in the discount listing can sign up on the app.
In addition, the app offers access to Online Voter Registration, a fee calculator for Register of Deeds services, and buttons to immediately contact office staff via phone or email.
The Davidson County Register of Deeds is the repository for all documents pertaining to real property – deeds, deeds of trust, releases, powers of attorney, liens, property maps and other records as required by state law. The app now provides some of these documents on your mobile device.
The app is not designed to replace our knowledgeable staff. We remain available in person, by phone and by email to answer questions and assist with any part of recording or accessing your real estate documents.
