Logging into your ADP account gives you access to payroll, tax (W-2) information, and other benefits. If your employer has provided you with online access, you can log in at login.adp.com. If you haven’t logged into the portal before, you’ll need a registration code from your employer. Only your employer can provide this code. To get started, visit my.adp.com register now.
If you’re having trouble logging in, double-check the spelling and spacing of your password. Passwords are case-sensitive; ensure your Caps Lock key is off. You must register before you can log into the MyADP application. You must use your MyADP User ID and password (not the ID and password you use to log into your company’s network).
The my.adp.com registration process is simple. Just follow these steps: Visit the my.adp.com registration page; Enter the registration code provided by your employer; Verify your identity; Create a User ID and password; Choose security questions; Enter your contact information; Enter the activation code; Review your information and complete the registration process.
If you forget your User ID or password, click Forgot User ID/Password? and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions to change your password. Then, use your new User ID and password to log into the application. If you are locked out of your account, wait five (5) minutes to try logging in again. If you are still unsuccessful, or you receive a message to contact your administrator or that you are not authorized, there is a problem with your account, contact your company’s Payroll or HR department for assistance. They are the only ones who can reset your account.
