Registering for an aetnamedicare.com member account takes just four simple steps:
- Go to AetnaMedicare.com/Login and click the “Register” button.
- Enter your Aetna member ID number – you can find this on your Aetna ID card – and answer a few questions about yourself.
- Create a username and password and store it in a safe place.

You can submit claims online to get reimbursed for medical services without the paperwork. Have your member ID and a clear image of the receipt from your provider ready.
To submit a claim online at aetnamedicare.com:
- Go to our forms page.
- In the “Getting reimbursed for provider bills paid” section, click the purple “Complete form online” button.
- Follow the instructions on how to upload your receipt.
