Fresno State Dog Days Registration Guide

To register for Dog Days, students must complete the Confirmation/Decline process through their Student Center. The deadline to register for Dog Days is June 1, 2025. Failure to complete registration by the deadline may result in cancellation of admission to Fresno State.

Dog Days Registration Steps:

  1. Log in to the student portal at my.fresnostate.edu.

a. Your username is your Fresno State email (excluding the @mail.fresnostate.edu portion).

b. Your password is your Fresno State email password.

  1. Navigate to the Student Center.

a. Click on Student Self-Service.

b. Click on Student Center.

c. Go to the My Admissions Information section (2nd green arrow).

d. Click on Dog Days Orientation.

i. You must complete the Confirmation/Decline process before registering. Once you accept admission, the system will automatically redirect you to the Dog Days registration system.

  1. Select a session and register for Dog Days.

a. Only sessions with available space will be displayed. Sessions are designated by major and full sessions will not be shown.

b. Select your meal.

c. You may add up to 2 guests for in-person Dog Days. Guest seating is limited, and the guest option will not appear for full days.

  1. Review all information on the confirmation page.

a. If you are eligible for the Fee Deferral, the option will appear for you to select “yes” or “no.” If no option appears, you are not eligible.

i. Students who accept the Fee Deferral will have their fee payment deadline changed to mid-September. The Fee Deferral is an extension of the deadline, not a waiver of fees.

  1. Submit Payment.

a. The payment button will take you to the university payment system. The $70 student fee will automatically be added to your account.

b. If you registered any guests, you will need to add guests to your cart.

  1. Pay for Guests.

a. On the Student Center, click the third green arrow labeled “My Finances.”

b. Click “View eBills/Make Payment.”

c. Click on “Dog Days Guest Fee.”

d. Click “Pmt-Dog Days Guest Fee” and add 1 or 2 guests depending on your registration.

e. Click “Add to Payment.”

f. Complete your payment.

  • After you add guests online, you can also pay in person at the Cashier’s Office in the Joyal Administration building. You must register guests before paying for guests.
  1. Spring student Dog Days fees are due June 1, 2025. Guest fees must be paid prior to the date of your Dog Day. There are NO refunds for student or guest Dog Days fees.

To change your Dog Days registration, please contact our office at 559.278.4885 or [email protected]. Please have your Fresno State student ID number ready. For a refund, students must contact our office 10 days prior to their scheduled Dog Day to cancel their registration.
