Registering a business in Cambodia is a relatively straightforward process. To operate legally, you must register with the Ministry of Commerce (MoC). Currently, this service is done online. You can start by reserving a name before registering a business or start registering a business right away.
Why Register a Business?
To establish a business in the Kingdom of Cambodia, you need to register your business as a Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, or Foreign Company. Online business registration is easy. All you need to do is fill in the necessary information and documents and pay the registration fee before submitting it to the business registration officer for review. Once the application is approved, the company will be established immediately, and a certificate of incorporation will be issued.
After starting the registration, you have 15 days to complete it; otherwise, it will be deleted from the system.
Sole Proprietorship
To register a Sole Proprietorship, you need to log in as a registered user on the website.
From the online services, select Sole Proprietorship and then select Establish Sole Proprietorship.

To register a company, you need to log in as a registered user on the website.
From Online Services, select Company and then select Establish Private Limited Company/Establish Public Limited Company.

Partnership (General Partnership/Limited Partnership)

From Online Services, select Partnership and then select Register General Partnership/Register Limited Partnership.
