Registration for this service is not mandatory. You can request information as a non-registered user.
What are the Fees?
General Information: Identifying Data.

- C.N.A.E. (National Classification of Economic Activities).

Second Level of Information:
Pending Registrations. Pending registrations can be searched if available. Fee: 0.601012€ for each request for information on pending registration (Fee number 22).
Specific Situations. You can consult specific situations of the company, if any (suspension of activity due to non-filing of annual accounts or non-adaptation to legal issues, cancellation of registration due to temporary VAT deregistration, etc.). Fee: 0.601012€ for each request for information on a specific situation (Fee number 22).
Share Capital. In this section, you can be informed about both the registered capital or the contributed capital. Fee: 0.601012€ (and Fee number 24). If the capital is contributed in installments, the same amount will be added for each registration where that disbursement is recorded, although this concept is only included in the event that the registered capital is different from the contributed capital.
Legal Representatives. Includes information on: Directors and Senior Management. Authorized Representatives. Fee: 0.601012€ for each registration including the status of a Director or senior management of the company (Fee number 22). 0.601012€ for each registration including the powers of the authorized representative(s) consulted (Fee number 22).
Second Level of Information: Data Published in the BORME. Summary of data published in the BORME regarding a specific registration. Fee: 0.601012€ for each registration consulted (Fee number 22).
Archived Annual Financial Reports. In this section, you can consult the three most recent fiscal years. You can also check if the financial reports from years prior to the three most recent have been filed. Fee: 0.601012€ (and Fee number 24). If you request to consult fiscal years prior to the three most recent, the fee will increase by 0.601012€ (Fee number 22) for each fiscal year requested.
