Zelle Registration: A Step-by-Step Guide

To use Zelle®, you must register with a U.S. checking or savings account. Chase customers must use a valid personal or business Chase checking account, which may have its own account fees. Please refer to your account agreement. To send or receive money from a small business, both parties must enroll with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s mobile app or online experience. Money is typically available within minutes when the recipient’s U.S. mobile number or email address is already enrolled with Zelle® (visit enroll.zellepay.com to view participating banks). Some transactions may take up to 3 business days. Enroll on the Chase Mobile® app or Chase Online℠. Restrictions may apply. Message and data rates may apply.

Zelle® is intended for payments to recipients you know and trust, and not for purchasing goods from retailers, online marketplaces, or via social media posts. Neither Zelle® nor Chase offers protection if you purchase goods using Zelle® and then do not receive them or receive them damaged or not as described or expected. In the event of an error or question about your electronic transfer, including information on getting your money back for fraudulent Zelle® payments, please see your account agreement. Neither Chase nor Zelle® will reimburse you for authorized payments you make using Zelle®, except for a limited reimbursement program applicable to certain impersonation scams where you sent money using Zelle®. This reimbursement program is not required by law and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
