Union County Land Records Search

The Union County Register of Deeds has completed a re-indexing project for all land records from January 1, 1984, to the present. This project encompasses all information on public access terminals at the office. Online, the data will be filtered similarly to current records.

To balance public access with privacy, the Union County Register of Deeds provides limited access to land records recorded in the office. Transfer documents, such as deeds, will be publicly available. However, security instruments, such as deeds of trust, will not be provided due to more sensitive information. Important record index information will continue to be provided to users but with limitations, such as only the year being displayed and no parent information. E-recording is still strongly encouraged.

The Union County Register of Deeds encourages citizens to sign up for email notifications regarding land record changes.

The land record change notification service via email is provided free of charge.
