Students interested in grades, degrees, and graduation can find detailed information here. To apply for graduation for Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025, please visit the application link. Note: Once your graduation application is approved, your student account will be charged a $30 diploma fee. You will need to log into SAM to make a payment.
The Registrar’s Office encourages the submission of transcripts and forms electronically for faster and more efficient processing. For transcripts from other institutions, submit electronic versions whenever possible. For Millersville transcripts, please request official PDF transcripts electronically.
Services such as program changes (major/minor), course withdrawals, transient authorizations, etc., are now available on the MAX online system. While other services are being transitioned online, you may print, complete the Adobe PDF form, then scan and email with the required approval signatures.
